Region 9 - January 2007 Minutes

 

Region 9 held its monthly meeting on January 17, 2007 at 7:30PM with Region Director Russ Shetley presiding.

 

Clubs in Attendance:

General Business:

 

  • There is a new outdoor show scheduled Feb 9th, 10th and 11th in Fredericksburg at the Expo Center. We will sell raffle tickets and have Casting for Kids event. Russ will send email with more details.
  • NEXT REGION 9 MEETING – February 21st…

 

Tournament News:

 

  • Mr. Bass – Region 9 is the host tournament for this event. Russ has been making progress with the details. The Best Western in Quantico/Triangle will be the Headquarters for the event and the normal Pre-Meeting for the tournament will take place at the meeting room there. There are plenty of hook-ups to charge the boats and the staff has been very helpful to set up the event. We will need help and Russ will send email and let us know at next months meeting what we need to do.
